My monday begins with an 8am class 'sigh'. At 9 i grab a black coffee from the campus cafeteria. The bitter wakes me up, satisfies me. I am full. Ciarettes and a long break. My body shakes from the cold, but i left my jacket in my car. i want the cold to creep to my bones and keep me alert. If youare too comfortable, more than you have a right to be, you might just slip and have a double chocolate brownie with that coffee.
When noon comes around, it is time to grab a lunch for my boyfriend before his next class. I make sure it is perfect, just the way he likes it, low in salt, double bread..and the works.
He will get on my case for making him eat alone. I grab a non fat cereal bar.

i eat it slowly, savouring the dried cherries in my mouth.
He eats his sandwich. I can taste that too.
Came home for lunch, prepared a salad:
Iceberg Lettuce half head: 45
Cherry tomatoes: 30??
Can of water packed tuna (cat ate half-no one was looking) : 130
Dressing: 60
Total : 265
Plus 90 = 355
I will eat maybe half an apple for dinner so to make an even number 400. 400 isnt bad is it? Notfor the second day of restriction its not. Ill start to get hungrier on that count by the end of this week.
My reward will be the numbers on the scale next saturday morning, and new smaler size clothes yay!
