I woke to a hot cup of black coffee, a sweet callfrom the boyfrnd, who i havent seen in couple days.
My body feels old and weary and its trying to tell me something:

-Stop the pain killers
-Stop smoking
-eat healthy

"eat healthy" as in salads and fruits exclusively and no water fasts, plus take my probiotics starting today.
My breakfast was 75 kcals today.
My lunch willbe a lettuce and tomato salad with mustard dresing.
My dinner a little more salad and an apple or a banana(depending on how hungry I wil get.

I will go shopping for a couple winter items(clothes)... and grab my woman's multivitamin on the way back. (for hair, nails, and skin)

It seems today will be a good day, I will be posting a few more pix for thinspiration.
