My Personal Oat Meal Diet Plan.



 
 
Easy Oatmeal Diet for a Healthier Me
 


Starting tomorow morning, my customized oatmeal diet and exercise regime begins.
 
Every morning consists of waking up, having a glass of water, and going brisk walking for 30 minutes.
 
I come home to another glass of water and a shower.
 
BREAKFAST: Will consist of half a cup of oats, boiled in water not milk, 150 kcals, tossed with half a small orange, 30 kcals, and half a small apple, 30 kcals.
Breakfast is around 210
 
 
I will continue drinking water every two hours, and or any diet soda or unsweetenened drink.
 
LUNCH: Will be a healthy lean meat of your choice: Tuna in water for me, 200 kcals with a side of lettuce/tomato salad with mustard dressing 50kcals.
Lunch will equate to 250 kcals
 
Any choice of fruit (one serving) will be allowed for snack time around evening. 60 kcals or raw veggie sticks like carrots.
 
 
Dinner will also be the oatmeal breakfast but with a different twist. Be creative. Berries work, apples, oranges.. no sugar, or honey or bananas allowed!!!!
 
 
630 calories a day....without much craving!! sounds amazing because as you might know, oatmeals contain soluble fibers that are supposed to give you that full feeling for longer, and helps with regularity. Oats mostly contain carbs, proteins, and a fairly small amount of fat.
